When you’re browsing the latest SCUBA magazine and you see TC (Katie Broadley) in print. TC managed to somehow wangle her fizz in the BSAC monthly scuba magazine not once, but twice!
We initially trained Katie up to Sports Diver and then signed off some of her Dive Leader qualifying dives whilst at Lochaline/Sound of Mull. Then she left us … deciding to have a year or so with Bedford Divers … but there is no doubt that, when she returns to Burnley BSAC Scuba Diving Club in June 2018, she’ll love telling us repeatedly about this moment! As with all divers, we seriously rib each other, but we are looking forward to her return so that we can continue with her diving training to complete Dive Leader & progress towards instructor grades.

Our lucky lady had a month’s worth of diving in the Philippines. Of course, that isn’t quite enough for TC … she’s currently in Lanzarote (more diving planned too).
